Shipping

All prints are made to order, carefully packaged, and shipped unframed. We ship globally and offer free shipping within New Zealand.


Packaging
Each print is checked for quality at the time of artist’s signing. It is then wrapped in protective film sleeve and rolled in a strong cardboard tube for safe shipping. We use thick tubes with a wide diameter, so prints areeasier to flatten for framing.


Shipping within New Zealand
All unframed limited edition prints include free shipping within New Zealand. Because each piece is printed to order, please allow a few days for printing and signing before dispatch. Orders are sent by NZ Post courier, and you will receive a tracking number once your print is on its way.


Collection
If you prefer, you can collect your print flat, wrapped in protective cellophane with cardboard backing. Collection
is available directly from our printer/framer once signed by the artist. The address is Art for Arts Sake, 20 Marion Street, Wellington.


International shipping
We ship unframed limited edition prints worldwide in strong protective tubes. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for international shipping delays due to customs clearance processes or any additional duties or taxes imposed upon arrival.


Delivery times
Within New Zealand, prints usually arrive within 1–2 weeks. This allows time for printing, artist signing and quality checking, and courier delivery. International orders usually take an additional 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination. If you need urgent delivery, please get in touch by email and we will see what we can do.


Framing
For practical reasons, we do not ship framed prints. Most customers prefer to have their prints framed locally, choosing the colour, backing and style that best suits their space while also saving on shipping costs. Prints are shipped rolled, and your framer can flatten them before framing. We work with
framers in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand who would be pleased to offer framing advice and service.


Returns
Returns are only available for prints damaged in transit, provided they were shipped using my standard packaging process. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days and include photos of both the damage and the outer packaging so we can help arrange a replacement. We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
